My new love is modeling chocolate. You can do ANYTHING with it!! I love it, it can look delicate for flowers or a little more heavy for animals. It's so much fun to play with and let's me get creative for all of your cake needs!!! Here this three tier wedding cake had cascading modeling chocolate roses going down the cake.
